About Christopher Braddock, Colorado Criminal Defense Attorney
Christopher T. Braddock is a Criminal Defense Attorney whose entire practice is focused on criminal defense and post-conviction litigation. His passion for defending the criminally accused began in 1991 when, while still in law school, he interned with Office of the Colorado State Public Defender. There he witnessed first-hand how the power and resources of the government was being used against its citizens. This experience has led to a dedication to provide the best possible defense for the criminally accused.
Chris represents clients who are either under investigation or formally charged with offenses in Federal, State, District and Municipal courts throughout the State. Chris has over 25 years of experience representing clients who are under investigation and using his knowledge and skill to persuade the Government not file formal charges. If formal charges are filed, Chris has tried numerous jury trials, winning acquittals in a vast majority of these cases. These cases include Sexual Assaults, Traffic Offenses, Kidnapping, Domestic Violence and First-Degree Murder.
Chris’ practice is based in the Metro Denver Area, however he has tried cases and represented clients throughout Colorado.
Prior to becoming a criminal defense attorney, Chris received his undergraduate degree in Engineering Physics from Washington University in St. Louis in 1988 and his Juris Doctorate from University of Denver in 1993. He has been licensed to practice law in the State of Colorado and in the Federal Courts since 1993.
